Becoming healthier

Hello im 18/f i want to become more healthier right now i eat alot of fast food and i drink a ton of pop and little water. I'm 5'6 and 143 pound and i want to lose a few pounds and not just lose weight but become healthier. I'm just wondering what are foods that are very good for you when you're trying to diet i've heard high protein low calories and carbs. Any examples for food that i could eat regularly would be appreciated! Thanks I rate!

can't orgasm

My boyfriend and I have gone to third base, where he's fingered my vagina and clit. But the problem is, I can't orgasm! This makes me feel bad because I have to fake so he doesn't think there's something wrong with me.
I can bring myself to orgasm by fingering my clit but am usually only success while I am watching porn.
Why can't I orgasm when he does this to me? It doesn't hurt or feel bad, but it just doesn't really do much for me as far as pleasure. Is there something wrong with me? What can we do so that I can orgasm? (PS - I don't want to have sex yet. I'm not ready.)

how long do your breasts grow after your period?

I've had my period since I was 11, on an anniversary of 9-11, ironically.
I've never really noticed my breasts growing any, though. I've worn a bra, but because I'm overweight I'm going to have some boobage.
I'm 14 now, in a B cup. My periods are regular, and at 5'8 I think I've finally stopped growing taller.
Will my boobs ever grow?
My mother's family all has huge boobs, even when my mom was skinny she had boobs. My father's side, his mother had a C, at least.
Please no answers telling me to accept myself. I'm just curious, I'm fine if my breasts don't grow :)

Is this healthy?

I'm a 17/f dating an 18/f and we've been together for more than 4 months. I love her, I really do.. but sometimes I think it's not healthy to love her this much. Whenever I'm away from her I wonder about what she's doing and where she's at. Is she at home? Is she sleeping? Is she on facebook? Is she eating? Watchig t.v.? Things like that. How do I market my idea for some badass New Years 2011 sunglasses?

I dont want to post it for fear that someone might steal it. Its really original.. and SICK. (: Haha on New Years day I thought about 2011 and laughed cause it seemed pretty impossible to make glasses for that year and then went on MS paint and drew a pretty badass concept.
Like maybe I could sell my idea but how do I come about that sort of thing? Who do I sell it to? Or do I patent it first? IDK. How do I even patent something..? I'm 15 years old and in the United States.
Or, I could make the sunglasses myself but I'd rather not do that cause i have no idea how to do that and make them look good and legit like the ones you see on TV during new years.

sorry it's a little long.okay i work with this guy. i've known him for two years, im 18 he is 20. we have always flirted with eachother at work and this past summer we finally just started hanging out and "dating" we hung out and dated for about a month and after a month he told me that he was confused about stuff and wasn't sure what to do. before we started dating we were really good friends and he would always come to me with his problems. but when i asked him to talk things out with me, he said he didn't really know how to explain things. in my mind, im thinking that he doesnt wanna get too attached to me since im leaving this summer for college.

Hi! I am a freshman at a small ivy league college and it's really hard for me to meet decent guys. Most of the guys r too short and/or too busy, too disinterested to wanna relationship (long-term or short-term) Also, since the "hook-up" scene is pretty small, I don't want to get involved w/ guys that i may potentially see in chem lab or history class the next day, if u know what i mean.
