and iv never had a real boyfriend i dont know why it might be because im big but i mean come on iv been kissed but never in a relationship im a good friend and thats all i can be the best friend but nothing els iv been close but it never happens all i ever get is your friend is cute hot and everything els or does she have a boyfriend im lost i just dont know what to do do i stop trying and hope it comes my way soon

i use to feel like this sometimes too. especially when all my friends would have boyfriends. but first off, you're only 17 girl. in the next few years you will meet soooo many people and you will find that one guy that you feel totally comfortable with and wants to be with you.so don't get too down on yourself, i know at times it's frustrating but you will eventually find that special someome. i promise.until then just try and have fun and not let it get to you!

You're only 17. You have a lot of your life left, and undoubtedly you will find someone.
If you go off to college, you'll probably meet someone there who is very similar to you and who you'll really enjoy being with.
Don't give up hope. Just because everyone has had a boyfriend, it doesn't mean that they are happy and that it's going to work out.

i used to feel like this. i tried so hard to be in a relationship and someone finally came around. i'll tell you that we met on the internet, no more than 12 hours after 'talking' we were some kind of 'couple.' that was really the biggest mistake i could have made in my life. i finally met him a month later and found out he was some kind of trashy, center city life kind of person all after holding hands and kissing him. so my advice to you is not to worry so much. the harder you try to find love, the lower your standards will be for a partner. things will happen for you in time. they did for me. i stopped looking so hard and i met a wonderful guy. <3 good luck xxx
