I guess it would all really depend on what colors you normally wear,the color of your hair,or just practically any color you really like. If you arent wanting them to be totally noticeable you should just get like a clear or a white color. If youre wanting a color that would match just about anything you should get like a pink or something.

it depends on what color you like.
however, id' suggest a darker color (not yellow or something). it'd contrast with the color of your teeth and they'd appear whiter :D (unless you have perfectly white teeth already..then you have nothign to worry about ;D )
