Im 14/female and Im 106 pounds. I just wanted to know the average weight for teens. Also I was woondering when you are supposed to weigh yourself.... morning, afternoon,night... when? Thank you! :)

Im 14 and i weigh 106 (female). I was wondering what is the average weight for 14 year olds. Also I was wondering when are you supposed to weigh yourself. Do you do it in the morning, at night,in the afternoon.... when? Thanks for the help! :)

Basketball.

So i have been playing basketball ever since the summer before 6th grade. ((im in 9th grade now)) basketball hasnt started yet this season but im kind of scared because last year i was on my schools team and first the first couple of games i play maybe a little less then half the games but then the last couple of games the coach put me and another person in for only the last 4 fricken minutes!!! like it really pissed me off but there were alot of good players on our team. But it was weird because everyone always told me i was really good and i knew i was good cause i could make a basket from anywhere! so i dont know what happened. ive been running alot so i can get faster this year and of course ive been playing practicing basketball but i ...

losing weight

Hi,

I need some advice on how to lose weight quickly. I weigh between 147-150 pounds and I'm almost 5'5. I really wanna be as skinny as possible before school starts in a week. I only need to lose about 5-7 pounds, but I need a weight loss plan that will work super quick!

Ok, I'm so sick of my stupid fat self. I've tried dieting, exercising, (ect.) but it won't go away! School starts in a few weeks and i know i can't be 6 pack abs by then or even a year from now, but there's got to be something natural i can do (a different diet, exercis, ect.) no pills please.

Losing Weight in certain areas

Hi, i'm 13/f & 117-120 pounds and im not necessarily "overweight" but i'd like to lose some fat in certain areas, mostly the butt/thighs/hips...What type of diet should i be on (carbs vs. calories, etc) and what excercises should i be doing, and if i do this how long will it take to get results. thanksss in advance

ya i have been doin all kinda of stomach exercises for a month or so and yes there were results of my stomach its really tight but my stupid pot belly is still there it just wont go away it may just be me but one day my stomach looked almost flat and the like a week later my stomach looked a little bit bigger i really dont know what to do maybe im forming mussel on top of my belly fat but these are the exercises i have been doing crunches everyday in sets, lets lifs in sets i have been doing them everyday for a month and nothing i only formed mussel and i can kinda see the area where the mussel is but my pot belly wont go away for nothing is there is that unormal.. and is there anything else that i can do?

is doing about 700 crunches in one night within about 20/30 minutes unhealthy & bad for you ? & how affective would that be if i'm trying to burn fat on my stomache and tighten it up some ?

exercising sucks

im 14m and my doctor told me i need to increase my physical activitys because im at risk of having high blood pressure. swimming was working out but because it's aguast that's only gonna last me 2 or 3 more weeks. and i hate exercising because it's boring and i always get tired and feel bad about my self and when im in the pool i have fun and don't get tired or sweat and it isn't boring and i hear that in high school you get alot of homework so i don't know how im gonna find the time to please my teacher and my doctor at the same time
help!

Ok i always try to stay fit but i never can stick to. Heres my questions
1) When is the best time a day to go jogging. ( and since its summer usally i wake up at noon)
2)how do i curve the craveings
3)im 13/f how many crunches should i do and when?
4) other things to help me stay healthy and fit?

So im trying to get in better shape and so ive been drinking alot of water, and ive start to go out jogging for 30min to an hour each night and ive been doing about 300 crunches each day. Is this gonna help me lose weight and get in shape?

I'm 13, 5'2, 145lbs. I am determined to lose weight and i want to be committed but .. how? i am lazy all the time and i get bored easily. I need to lose weight not for others but for me .. i am almost close to becoming obese and there is noo wayyy i will ever cross that. I want to prove to myself that i can do this. Can you give me an exercise plan for example .. like 20 crunches a day for a week? something like that .. because i think that's the best way for me to get myself active. Thanks so much!!

Weight Issues that keep me awake at night

I've always been fat...well most of my 14 years of exsistance I've been chubby but now I'm straight pointed FAT!
I'm 190 lbs now and I'm only 14! This really sucks because as much as I try to loose I end up putting on 5 lbs. And it hurts because I feel like I can't help it and I just end up giving in to the food.

My genes aren't the problem because my mom was thin before she had my brother and fairly small when she had me and my dad's really skinny and I feel like the unwanted one. I really want to lose the weight but I can't keep up with walking 5 miles a day because I'm still in school. I can do eating healthy and maybe walking for 30 mins-45mins. Please help me manage my time into a work out plan.

I dont have many work out things. I have a punching bag 15 pound weights and one of those bike things. I would really like to build some muscel and stay healthy because right now im not very healthy. I am thin and have an alright body shape but im still not healthy. I would like to gain some muscel and if any way possable make my but look a little bigger and rounder and also eat healthyer!

please help me with some ideas of how i can do this
