BE GONE BELLY! 15/ f
Ok, I'm so sick of my stupid fat self. I've tried dieting, exercising, (ect.) but it won't go away! School starts in a few weeks and i know i can't be 6 pack abs by then or even a year from now, but there's got to be something natural i can do (a different diet, exercis, ect.) no pills please.

First of all, don't put yourself down. You may hate your belly, but don't worry you can lose weight.
What is your diet like? Remember diet does not mean eating less, diet means your manner of eating.Do you drink soda, eat junk food? If you do, you need to cut them out. Now, there's nothing wrong with these things in moderation, you can have them once in a while, but they can't be an every day thing. Make sure you eat dinner before 6 p.m. Drink lots of water--you should drink it with every meal. Everything else pretty much has lots of sugars. Try eating more vegetables and fruits. The ideal diet follows the food pyramid.
As for exercise. Do it like 3-4 times a week. Run for half hour to an hour. Or buy a work out video. I hear tae-bo is very good.
