losing weight

I'm 13, 5'2, 145lbs. I am determined to lose weight and i want to be committed but .. how? i am lazy all the time and i get bored easily. I need to lose weight not for others but for me .. i am almost close to becoming obese and there is noo wayyy i will ever cross that. I want to prove to myself that i can do this. Can you give me an exercise plan for example .. like 20 crunches a day for a week? something like that .. because i think that's the best way for me to get myself active. Thanks so much!!

Well,

Your not obese. For your height, 160 is being obese.
Try doing different sports. See which ones you have fun with. If it doesnt make you bored and you like the sport then you're set.
