smcheerleadingx answered Monday August 7 2006, 1:31 pm: you can do this workout called the bicycle. it's basically like crunches with more movement. put your hands behind your head and sit up, but each time you come up, touch your right elbow with your left leg. your legs are going in a circular motion, like you're on a bike. do this again but with your left elbow on your right leg. that's a good workout.
then you can lay in front of the tv and try to keep your legs 6 inches off the ground. it's really hard, but the more pain in your abs, the better.
