Upper body workouts

Does anybody know some good upper body workouts that will make me see results fast???

Go to bodybuilders.com. You don't have to be a bodybuilder and they have a lot of good excercise plans.

hi.
You could do weights, 100-200 push-ups a day (for the most likely fastest result) You could do pull-ups at your local gym. Sometimes basketball works (on your arms, like the jump-shots)

Sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups, weight lifting, and, jump roping help for your upper body. heres a website for more exercises.
