Weight Issues that keep me awake at night I've always been fat...well most of my 14 years of exsistance I've been chubby but now I'm straight pointed FAT!
I'm 190 lbs now and I'm only 14! This really sucks because as much as I try to loose I end up putting on 5 lbs. And it hurts because I feel like I can't help it and I just end up giving in to the food.
My genes aren't the problem because my mom was thin before she had my brother and fairly small when she had me and my dad's really skinny and I feel like the unwanted one. I really want to lose the weight but I can't keep up with walking 5 miles a day because I'm still in school. I can do eating healthy and maybe walking for 30 mins-45mins. Please help me manage my time into a work out plan.

i went through the same exact thing almost.. im 14 and i weigh around your weight..and i know what you mean, you dont feel like running and excersing, hey, who does? not me! well, i told my dad that i wanted him to help me loose weight-and that really helps, when someone who you live with is helping you, bc theyre there most of the time and can make sure youre doing what you should be doing. well, i started off by eating 1200 calories a day, but that lasted like 3 days, and then i did 1300 calories. what you do, is add up all the calories that you eat..do that for a month w/o going over the calories and you WILL loose weight. trust me. on holidays you can cheat i think..and during the summer i ran until i burned about 500-800 calories,, which i dreaded very very much...but i was determined to loose weight, n by eating 1300-1400 calories a day and running, i lost 10 pounds in a month. now, that school started i dont really ahve all that much time to run. but, i do, do it atleast once a week (i still dread it) but i do it anyway.. youll loose weight even if you dont run, BUT you should run, andd its good to drink a lot of water and apples boost your motabolism. well, if you want any more details id be more than happy to give them, and good luck <3 ]
hey, well you didnt mention your height. so i cant tell if 190 pounds is fat. anyways well do soem sit-ups to tone you. run around the block as much as you can.

hey well i see no one answered this so i'm here to help. Ok so try geting at least an hour of exercise a day. Either playing sports dancing or even just walking around your neighborhood. Eat very healthy. Dont diet liek crazy thats relli bad for your body but just dont eat junk eat fruits veggies. All that. If this doesnt work tehn get hlep from your parents ask them to get you a nutritionist and tell tehm youa re relaaly determined to do this. I hope you can do it never give up!Let me know whats happening ]
