in fit Ok i always try to stay fit but i never can stick to. Heres my questions
1) When is the best time a day to go jogging. ( and since its summer usally i wake up at noon)
2)how do i curve the craveings
3)im 13/f how many crunches should i do and when?
4) other things to help me stay healthy and fit?

I have some suggestions and answers but not to all questions.
First of all, the best time to go jogging, is early in the morning at 6 or 7 ,and thats what all people do. So i guess you will have to straighten up your day a bit, and sleep early and wake up early.
Second of all, to stay healthy and fit, you should completely cut out on junk food and any food containing sugar and fats. You should also consult your doctor to make you a healthy food plan consisting of only the four food groups.And then you should go running, and exersicing, and working out in the gym. You can also go for long walks because it really helps.
Thats all i have got now, but you can refer back to my column and you could find other suggestions.

with buds.
and cravings what cravings eat what you want.
just runnaroung more. not work fun.
1. play tag with friends.
2. bike ride with friends
3. roller skate with friends
4. squirt gun fight with friends
go to the local park and run around.
but don't do crunches and all this jazz
just go out in the day and runn aroung be crazy

Try to not go jogging from 12-4 in the afternoon because that is when it`s the hottest time of the day. Jog right before sunset and make sure you keep yourself hydrated. Curving those craveings is hard because when people go on diets and want to cut down on junk food that`s what keeps them from doing it. Snacking on fruit is a good way to help your stomach feel full and quench your hunger. Drink lots of water too. :] For crunches, do them when you wake up and before you go to bed. Start out by doing 20-30 crunches then after awhile start adding more to it. Just don`t overdo it. Some other excersizes: Swimming is great because you enjoy it and it helps you work out, walk up and down stairs a couple times a day (if you have them), & maybe possibly get a membership to a gym. :] Good luck. ♥ ]
