loose weight

i'm 5'5 and i weigh 97 pounds and i was wondering what is a good way to loose some weight..like gete down to about 93?

there is nothing wrong with your weight unless it's to get into some kind of sport. if so, try regular sit ups and push ups in the morning and evening, eat a balanced diet, stay away from carbs, and don't drink protein shake or any power shakes, you will have an opposite effect and GAIN weight.
