there is nothing wrong with your weight unless it's to get into some kind of sport. if so, try regular sit ups and push ups in the morning and evening, eat a balanced diet, stay away from carbs, and don't drink protein shake or any power shakes, you will have an opposite effect and GAIN weight. ]
