Losing Weight in certain areas Hi, i'm 13/f & 117-120 pounds and im not necessarily "overweight" but i'd like to lose some fat in certain areas, mostly the butt/thighs/hips...What type of diet should i be on (carbs vs. calories, etc) and what excercises should i be doing, and if i do this how long will it take to get results. thanksss in advance
