I dont have many work out things. I have a punching bag 15 pound weights and one of those bike things. I would really like to build some muscel and stay healthy because right now im not very healthy. I am thin and have an alright body shape but im still not healthy. I would like to gain some muscel and if any way possable make my but look a little bigger and rounder and also eat healthyer!
please help me with some ideas of how i can do this
Volleyball2150 answered Sunday August 6 2006, 7:15 pm: you can get muscles by exercising. doing push-ups, sit-ups, wall sits, lifting weights, pull ups, running around the block, or any type of sport. As long as you are active!
By eating, eat alot of fruits, vegetables and vitamins. Stay away from fatty and sugary foods.
