loosing weight i know there's a lot of these questions, sorry.
ok so i'm getting my physical soon, and i'd like to loose a few pounds before it. i know to drink tons of water, and stay off junk food, and eat fruit for snacks, but is there any other things i could do to loose weight quicker? i'm going to the doctors in about 2 days, maybe, but if not then, sometime soon. i'd like to loose about 7ish pounds. hopefully it won't be tuesday, but it'll be sometime soon. thanks for any help!

work out a couple of times a day. Dont eat 1 huge meal a day, eat a few calories every hour. so around 100-200 calories every hour. Doing Push-ups, sit-ups, lifting weights, pull-ups and wall sits are good exercises. Play any sport around the park. If the park is a little far, dont drive there, try to walk or run there.

hey, well you have the eating thing down good. now you just need to take runs around the block. also tone youreself, like do sit-ups and maybe use some hand weights. if you have a pool swim some laps.
