ok so i'm getting my physical soon, and i'd like to loose a few pounds before it. i know to drink tons of water, and stay off junk food, and eat fruit for snacks, but is there any other things i could do to loose weight quicker? i'm going to the doctors in about 2 days, maybe, but if not then, sometime soon. i'd like to loose about 7ish pounds. hopefully it won't be tuesday, but it'll be sometime soon. thanks for any help!
