i am 13 years old and i will be starting school soon. i want too lose a little weigh like 5-15 pounds. i want to do this in two weeks. wat are good exersises too do this? i know i may not be able to reach this goal but i want to try. i am 5'1 or 2. i weight 115 if this helps. also its not like im really fat but i have a REALLY big stomach and huge thighs. i dont know why though concidering i dont weight THAT much. so i guess i also want to know how to get a flatter stomach and smaller thighs. I play Dance Dance Revolution and I was wondering about how many calories I should try to burn daily? I am 14 and a Male, 5 feet, 4 inches, and I weigh 145 pounds. So far I have managed to burn 500 calories well playing on workout mode (I own MAX version) I was also wondering how accurate the calorie counter is?

ok im really self concious about the bags under my eyes. like i think they are the only thing people notice about me. and i am meeting this dude on monday. is there anyway i ca make them look like lighter???? i try cover up but that dosnt work that great.....help!!!

if i drink a glass of water, before & after ever meal.. intill August 24th & walk 2-3 miles everyday... is it possible to lose atleast 5 pounds?
- i also, have like a weird metablism, i lose weight quickly.
so do you think its possible?
& if its not.. what are some good diets? That you lose weight quickly?

I'm 5'1 1/2 and I think 88-90 pounds..
See? That's how skinny I am. I've gone on these weight things on the computer and they all say I am underweight. All of my friends are about 100 and the same height as me and look normal weight.
Does anyone know of a good way to gain weight but still be able to exercise a little bit? I would prefer it to be a healthy way but either way would be fine. Also, how many more pounds do all of you think I should gain?

Hi i just turned 13 and i'm just starting cheerleading this year. Alot of my friends are cheerleaders since they were like 6 and I know they are really good and into it. Well I want to know how I can suprise them by showing them even though i'm new I can be good. Cause i'm shy and i'm jsut starting this year.Any tips? Also, do you think anyone will make me feel uncomfortable cause i'm new. Cause I do feel kind of uncomfortable that i'm just starting and everyone else has been doing it for years. they will proably think "Oh that girl isn't even passionate about it I bet she's just trying it out."

I am 15/f and I weigh around 140lbs and i am 5'7'' or maybe bit taller.
I am pretty average around everywhere else BUT my thighs...
I have noticed I have these HUGE thighs when I was trying on this swim suit.
I've read some stuff about how to tone down my legs and all that like do yoga, do pilate, or dance. And some articles said I cant get rid of thigh fats what so ever because that's just in my gene or whatever.
So what is to believe? and I dont think the whole yoga and pilate is working for me because I've been doing those and dancing and cardio for over a year and I seem to lose weight on everywhere else but my thigh.
So can someone help Please???

Ok, so i'm not like tottaly fat or anything. but i am big. my weight is around 160( a little more, but bettween 160 and 170). i want to loose weight but everytime i try, it never works. i've tried to stop eating junk food, but it only works for about a day. and in P.E. we always run a mile and i want to have a good time and not be embarresed infront of others. what do i do?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????

hi there. i'm a 15 year old girl, 5'2, with a 36DD bust. i also weigh 142lbs. the thing is though i dont think i look that heavy. i'm bigger framed than most of my friends i guess you could say, but i dont exactly have like..a HUGE stomach. i'm in proportion with my chest, haha. i was wondering if this weight was normal for my age. i've been to doctors and they all said i am overweight..but if i work out i'll gain more by building muscle. i want to get down to about 135lbs by october or sooner. so my questions are.
1. am i overweight? and by how much?
2. does anyone know of any good diets?

Okay, so I'm doing South Beach diet right now, and I'm doing 2 hours of cardio every other day. I'm about to change it to an hour of cardio every day though.
The first time I did South Beach, I lost a lot of weight pretty quickly, but I wasn't working out.
This time I'm doing the diet for an extended period of time and I waited a week before starting to work out to allow my body to get used to the lack of carbs.
With all the cardio I do, and all the dieting I'm doing, I should be losing weight, but I'm gaining it, according to the scale.
My friends say it's muscle mass that I'm gaining, but I don't know.
Is it normal to gain weight on diet and exercise? I heard somewhere you gain muscle weight first an...

I have very low self esteem and I dont like being around people because of my figure...
im about 5'7''-5'8'', and a little under 150 lbs. I dont think I am "ugly" but im not skinny at all. My first day of school is in like 20 days, and I wanna look a little better if possible. I dont want to like crash diet, but I do wanna work out and stuff. I need some ideas on how to tone up my body, please and thank you.

do you think this would be an efficiant workout to do to lose a few pounds in about a month? i'd probably do it about 4 times a week.
:100 jumps (like jump roping without the rope lol)
:50 bicycles
(then do that again & again for 10 mins straight)
:then dancing for 10 mins to hip hop or something
do you think that that would help me burn a little bit of extra fat from my thighs and lower back/sides?
