Volleyball2150 answered Sunday August 20 2006, 12:46 pm: alright, so for your stomach, do a couple of sit-ups a day. another good stomach exercise is called "the boat" its where you lay on your back on the floor. bring your legs up and your back up along with your arms, so that the only thing touching the floor is your back. its works out your abs really well. For thighs, do wallsits. its like sitting on an invisibale chair against the wall. you can also do "moster walks" you kneel down like you are proposing to somebody but you dont put your far knee down. then stand slowly up and take a step, switch legs and do the same with the other foot. to lose weight in other areas, just do simple things, such as mowing the lawn, jump roping, lift wieghts, push-ups, run around the block, jumping jacks. avoid eating junk foods that are fatty and sugary, eat fruits, veggies, vitamins, minerals.
if you do all of that you should be able to lose a couple of pounds.
