welllllll what i have been doing is all these ab workouts from magazines... right now im doing this ab workout from the latest cosmo girl mag....it says do it like every week, 3times...and you will have good abs in a month? well im just doing it everyday haha i i think im already seeing results, ive also been trying to eat better and drinking tons of water
dont forget to do some arobic exercise too like jump rope, running, biking...ya
