i know people are obsessed with being skinny, but not me.
Question Posted Saturday August 19 2006, 11:07 am
I'm 5'1 1/2 and I think 88-90 pounds..
See? That's how skinny I am. I've gone on these weight things on the computer and they all say I am underweight. All of my friends are about 100 and the same height as me and look normal weight.
Does anyone know of a good way to gain weight but still be able to exercise a little bit? I would prefer it to be a healthy way but either way would be fine. Also, how many more pounds do all of you think I should gain?
Alexandkendra answered Saturday August 19 2006, 2:58 pm: I know some people with your siuation.
I think you should gain about 20 pounds.
Which is kind of alot to gain, but to be healthy you might want it.
A good way to gain weight, is to build muscle.
Some good foods you should eat are protein filled foods with larger fat amounts.Such as meat.
Meat is a good source of protein.
Also, if you work out or go to the gym sometimes then you will build muscle which would make you gain some weight.
Also eating more too, eating alot will deffiently be able to put on some pounds.

Lifting weights will help you gain weight in a healthy way and stay in shape. Maybe lifting those arm things that are about 15 pounds on each arm and build your leg muscles. This procedure will help you look still thin but not in a unhealthy way. [ Advicelady6798's advice column | Ask Advicelady6798 A Question ]
