((its like sitting on an invisible chair with your back against the wall)) it works your muscles in your thighs. get a pedometer and just run around the neighborhood. do a couple of squats. ((squats- stand up, then just squat down until your legs are 90 degrees, then slowly come back up)) do some monstor walks. ((stand up, bend your knees like you are proposing to somebody but dont put your far knee down on the floor, then stand up, walk and switch feet,and repeat.
pinkers answered Saturday August 19 2006, 12:53 pm: You are doing well by excersising. If you don't think what you are doing is working, then i would try a stair-stepper or climber. Also, eat lots of vegatables and fruits, whole grains and stay away from sugar and high carbs. If you don't eat healthily, then you are just putting fat right back into your body.
