illdomybest answered Monday August 21 2006, 12:25 am: bags are little poofs under your eyes dark circles are dark circles
when you say cover them up iguess you mean concealer. ive heard that laying cucumber slices over your eyes for a long period of time not sure exacty how long no longer then 45 ,min if even that long really does take away bags under eyes. are they bags or just dark circles im assuming you where make up as well? -chilled cucumber or potato slices over your eyes
-cool facecloth
-moist teabags
-chilled spoons
-icepack
-getting enough sleep helps prevent them in the first place.
I know a few makeup brands that make an undereye concealer (New York Color has one that I know of). It has certain color tones in it to disguise them, and the one I mentioned is only like three dollars. Also, try some foundation instead of concealer if you haven't already. That might help too.

Also here's a website you can go to, a few things are kinda far out but if you care enough it's worth a try! [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
