Bodyweight squats really don't do anything because your legs are already acclimated to lifting your bodyweight in that motion so it comes to a standstill. This is why you need to add weight in the form of a barbell across your shoulders. However, you may wish not to do weighted squats though I don't recommend that and the 200 a day will come pretty fast because like I said; your legs are acclimated to the workload. Eventually you will need to do resistance training with weights. [ MikeCFT's advice column | Ask MikeCFT A Question ]

I notice after 15 or so that there is a difference, but that's me and my petite self.
Also, squats make your butt get bigger...by a bunch.

That sounds good though for immediate results, htough!!
I encourage this, and may even try it.
You should start seeing a slight change after about two weeks, if you're dedicated and also eat right.
