i was thinking about getting the ab lounge. but does it really work? so it help you get abs?

it more then like ly does but dont expect profections in to weeks youll have to work at it just as you would regular sit ups. as long as you make a daily routin or should i say every tow or three dat routine because when you start working out muscless tear and need a couple ays in between to heal.which is normal so as long as you keep up with it and do it correctly it should work
