BLONDShorty answered Saturday August 19 2006, 12:21 pm: drink as much water as you can. trust me, water is addictive, so the more you drink, the more water you want! make that the only thing you drink. for dinner, i don't suggest skipping it but maybe what you can do is having something light like a yogurt or jello with fatfree whipped cream. for lunches, eat like salads and maybe a little chicken. because u do need protein. and jogging. put on music and jog
orphans answered Saturday August 19 2006, 12:06 pm: walking 2-3 miles wouldnt be too good. you should try running 2-3 miles a day, which is about jogging 20 minutes.its faster, and youll lose weight quicker.
the water, yes its good.
instead, drink 1 and a half cups of water, because even though you are doing it before and after, thats only 6 cups, and even though they say you should have 8, you should have at LEAST 10-12+ [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
