Long story short, my mom is constantly bringing me down. I'm only fifteen, about to be sixteen.
She tells me I'm selfish and treats me like I'm five. I'm a very forgetful person and I get punished for it. I think it is wrong. My mom tells me that I won't make it anywhere in life because I don't know what to do with myself. She expects perfection out of my sister and I and we are very sensitive. My boyfriend wants me to see him today...but he lives far.

Since my boyfriend and I live a little far from each other and we go to different schools, it takes a lot to see each other. I usually see him every Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday. He rides his bike to the park by my house and it's a thirty min ride for him. I couldn't see him Tuesday, and he wants me to ride my bike to his house today.
Truth is, I don't have a very good sense of direction, and I don't like it. I know the general direction where his house is, but I feel weird because I'm not good at going long distances on bikes. I get tired easily. I really want to see him today, but I don't know. Plus, my parents work and sometimes I need to watch my baby brother and sister. I also have chores and everything, so...

I went to my doctor, asking for birth control. My periods are irregular, but I also am sexually active. I told her I wasn't, and she said this medication would be fine to take for regulating periods. I read the pamphlet that came with the pills and it says it's normal birth control, helps reduce the chances of getting pregnant. I also looked it up online, and many people are happy with their results. I'm just confused on why she told me it's meant for your periods. Is there different dosages? Please help, I'm 16 and don't want to wind up pregnant because of some small misunderstanding.

ok so im a girl and i know that i like guys already, but i have my bff. . .lets call her. . .nan. so nan and i have become really good friends this year and i think i am bi curious. like whenever she texts me i get all happy and she always makes me smile and shes so beautiful. . .but i dont know. i dont want to be even bi curious. i dont know if its just a phase but ive had thoughts on same sex relationships for like 6 maybe 7 months now. i mean i cant even decide for myself whether im bi curious or not because i think i might be in some kind of denial. i've neer felt this way b4 towad any girl but from what i just wrote, do i sound bi or bi curious to you?

I've been dating my boyfriend for a month now and it's been the best month ever because he's the first of a handful of guys who've made me happy. So far, we mostly hug and kiss. I feel like I do most of the talking, but I know it's just because he's shy, which is totally cute. I was wondering, though, is there anything we can do other than this or is there a way to make it better, maybe get him talking more?
By the way, I don't mean anything sexual since he's obviously too shy and I'm terrified of the idea of it... And we're too young, haha, so yea.
Basically, is there anyway to get him talking more maybe? Or some way to cuddle with him more?

i am a christian. i am saved and going to heaven....i dont get along with my parents. they yell at me and use to hurt me and got arrested by the law. i moved in with aunt and uncle along with my sister. we were in a car accident and i am now paralyzed for the rest of my life. i play many sports and im very talented and then this happened. to make it worse, i now have cancer. so i have no parents, lost my walking, and have cancer and have to get open heart surgery. i have many friends but i dont talk and cant talk to any of them about my problems and how scared i am! idk wat to do with my life anymore so i want to end it and go to heaven already. lots of people would be sad but i cant stand living like this anymore. i cant talk to anyone abo...

Anxiety problems...any suggestions?

Hey everyone, 23/f here.
Okay, so I'm trying to be open to all suggestions as far as treating/managing/dealing with this is concerned. I've been against medicating myself for this, as I'm already on a bunch of meds for other stuff, but I'm starting to struggle more.
I have undiagnosed and untreated general anxiety disorder, and PTSD. It's starting to get in the way of my job. My coworkers are therapists and other wonderful people, so they understand when I ask them to stay five feet away from me at all times, but I shouldn't have to. I don't want them to feel like I'm pushing them away - they're like a second family to me.
I've always kind of had some anxiety, nothing too bad, but it's gotten much wors...

Long story short.i was drinking at a party and some guy started kissing me and bit my neck. i pushed him off of me and went home. my boyfriend realized i had a small red mark on my neck from the guy and broke up with me.after him yelling at me and me crying he agreed that were not back together yet till he can trust me. he asked me to delete every guy on my facebook and cell phone. i did so. i've never felt so lost. i dont know how to gain his trust back, i've never been in this situation. help pleaseee!

very long period

I started birth control about 3/4 weeks ago. I'm on the "fake pills" right now. The placebo pills. Well last week I had sex (I was on the 3rd week of pills) and the next day I started bleeding very lightly. I thought I broke my hymen because that was my first time and we went all the way and it hurt like hell. But then I thought it could be spotting because I heard thats a side effect for birth control. So I used pads and each day hoping it would stop. But then it got heavier and heavier. So I assumed it was my period. Now its been a week and 2 days and i'm still bleeding. I'm starting to freak out a little.. I heard that you bleed more because of spotting.. but is this normal? I'm on placebo pills right now. I started bleeding la...

Problem with flats

I usually wear flats quite a bit, but they seem to wear out so quickly! I wear them with bare feet, thin socks, and pantyhose, but it always seems that the insides get a lot of marks from my feet and look beat up. Does this happen to other girls and do you have any methods of making this not happen as much? They also make my feet really smelly depending on what I wear on my feet too lol

Acne questions on Epiduo and Aczone!

It was my frist time going to a Dermo today and he suggested that I used Epiduo at night and Aczone in the morning. However, I just remembered some questions that I have of it. Please do not give me false information. I anyone has any experience with these two things please let me know(I'm 15 btw). I do not have severe acne like redness and stuff, just a couple of pimples spread out and a few scars so I wasn't so happy on using medications. Normally, I would cleanse my face with Neaturogena and apply baby lotion to my face because it gets dry. So since I have to apply Epiduo at night, I should cleanse with Neaturogena and then is Epiduo applied to my whole face or just to the pimple?
