loosing some weight for summer

Summer is soon, and im wanting to loose a couple of pounds.
Its kind of hard for me, because i eat so much but im slimming it down.
Where im mainly looking for loosing weight is my thighs, and stomach.
Also i have a treadmill if that helps.

and also does bikeing help alot for thighs

cellulite

since cellulite is fat, will exercise get rid of it? im only 15 and i have a lot in my butt, and my thighs right under my butt but i only weigh 124. so, i dont ever want to get into a swimming suit because everybody will see it. and i look at everybody else my age and their butts are all like tight and perfect lol. anyways, will running get rid of it? or what can i do?

Thighs?

Try to bear with me, this might not make much sense.

When I look in the mirror, my legs and thighs look very nice and slim. However, when I physically look down at my legs, they seem fatter. Is it just the angle that I'm looking at them, that make them seem bigger? Or is the illusion in the mirror? Or are they supposed to look the same both ways, and I'm just crazy?

Basically, which view of my thighs is more accurate?

Victoria Secret Model Diet

okay so i dont HATE my body, but i dont like it.
im not one of those people who will go throw up food to get skinny but i will try hard.

does anyone know how i can look like the victoria secret models? like their body.

my big sections are my thighs, and i have love handles, also i would like to try to get rid of my pooch.

this summer im going to be on my boat 24/7 with all my guy friends and boyfriend. i just want to look good.

lately i've been gaining weight.
last year i was 108 pounds. this year i'm 117. did i gain too much weight? (i play soccer all year long)

also if im 13 and 5`3 and weigh 117 pounds, would you consider me chubby? just tell me the truth and dont judge it on BMI. i don't look chubby but damn, i used to be soo skinny.

what can i do besides running/jogging to lose weight? I want to have a flatter stomach if possible. and what are good foods to eat?

special k diet

I'm just starting this special k diet where you replace breakfast and lunch with one bowl of special k cereal and then dinner you just eat what you normally would. anyways i have been doing it now for about 4 days, and it says you can lose 6 pounds in 2 weeks. i've been doing really good on it and i've been excercising a lot too, but i'm wondering if anyone has tried this or knows anything about it, like if it really works and stuff. any advice on this is appreciated very much! thanks. 15/f if that helps :)

My weight and fitness

I'm a 14 year old female. I am 5 foot 2, and I weigh a little over 130 pounds. I'm very concerned about my weight lately, because I'm not the thinnest person, and people deffinately notice. This summer, I'm really working on my image and toning up. Every night, I drink 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, I do push-ups which I increase by 2 everyday [I'm on 14 right now.] I also do sit-ups[which I do depending on what I feel like.] I'm noticing a few results, and my health freak of a sister said that I looked thinner today. What else can I do? I want the quickest way to lose my weight, and tone up. I want to be at least down to 110 by the time school starts back up. I also want to lose my chest but I have no idea how to. I've tried squats,...

okay im 14 and im about 5' 2'' and 97 lbs. these guys at school keep calling me anorexic and i want to take it as a compliment but its getting annoying because they always shove food at my table at lunch. i usually dont eat at lunch because im not hungry. (we have lunch early and i eat breakfast) what can i do to make them stop?

Muscle Problems

I am 15/f, 5'3", 120 pounds. I'm not looking to lose weight or anything. However, I do have a problem with my biceps- I'm right handed, so I mainly lift stuff with my right arm. Both of my biceps are already really big (embarassingly big, but I can't help it), but my right bicep is noticeably bigger than my left. This looks kind of weird whenever I wear tank tops. Is there anything I can do to even them out? Should I lift weights with my left arm? I don't really want my biceps to get bigger than they already are, but I have to do a lot of heavy lifting at work. Also, I have to buy a bigger size in long sleeved shirts because my arms don't fit, and it sucks! Is there anything I can do to even out my arms, and is there any cloth...

Burnt hair

Wrong cat. Sorry.

So 2 days ago, I leaned over to smell the yummy food thing being cooked on the stove. I have long hair. Or I used to, at least. Anyway, I leaned over, 'mmm'ed for a sec, then screamed and put out the fire that had started on my hair. So more than 10cm were poof, gone, burnt. I happened so fast.

My hair was as long as ... halfway through my back, cut in Asian style with many layers. Now, the left side is long like that, but the right side, the burnt side, barely reaches my shoulder. I basically look like a clown and I don't really like it... I have an appointment with this really skilled hairdresser dude (he claims to be so, whatever) on Tuesday. Now my question is:

Oblique Crunches?

My friends and I went on an exercise regimen, just to get more toned for the summer. Part of that regimen is 100 oblique crunches per day [the ones where you're not working out your abs, but more your 'love handles' or whatever, on the sides].

I've been doing my crunches for a couple of days now, but I'm not um, "feeling the burn," if you know what I mean. Like, it doesn't feel like I'm doing any kind of exercise.

Am I doing something wrong? I had never done these kinds of crunches before... so maybe I'm doing them wrong.

I'm on the slim4life diet and have been for about a month. I keep cheating. It's making the weight loss slow down. I don't tell anyone I do but I am and I feel like I can't help it. Iv'e gotten a little better on self control but it's hard not to cheat. especally being a teenager and all my friends eat food like I want but can't have. I'm really trying my hardest not to cheat. Anyone have tips to stop eating off plan foods?

latly i have been eating so much food... every second of the day i will think im hungry when im oviously not. i dont know what to do, i have noticed that i'v put on weight...

how do i stop eating so much before i put on to much weight and cant get it off... cos look in the mirror and think i look so fat..(just my mummy & thighs) i weigh 55kg and my height is 157cm if that helps

also how can i make my tummy flat again

Gained a lot of weight due to medication

I've always been in the healthy range for weight, not crazy skinny but not large. A year or two ago, I was put on medication, since then I have gained weight like mad. I haven't changed my exercise routine or diet really ( I eat healthy food (except a random chocolate bar ever so often XD) and I exercise on a regular basis)but I've gained 20 or 30 pounds in that time. So, the thing is I'm getting off said medication soon and I really want to lose those extra pounds, I'm rather self conscious about them. It doesn't have to be a fast transformation, as long as the weight stays off and it's not going to make me get sick or something. Any advice on how to lose the weight, meal ideas, specific exercises, yada yada yada... All help...

my cousin is obese...and wel tell her to lose weight but she never does...well make fun of her and say we lost weight but she won't ever listen..and everytime were like "r" your obese!!..s.he'll be like nu uh..or no i'm not...she's about 5 2 and 175 in the 6th going to 7th grade...her butt sticks out and her stomach sticks out..i don't know wat to do
her sis will bring it up and tell her then my cousin like shut up no i'm not and call their mom...then their mom will yelll at her sis b/c she brought it up...i don't know wat to do
do you knowo how we can make her lose weight or help her relize it's time to lose weight?
