Mollysie answered Monday June 4 2007, 9:56 pm: Ok well for starters drink water. I mean drink ALOT of water. The more water you drink the easier and faster you can get in shape. I just gave someone else my secret: The Britney Spear's workout (before she had a baby)! Her workout is 1000 crunches a day. Now she had a great body. If you can do 100 crunches throughout the day (you don't have to do them all at once) then your body will gain muscle. If you can work up to 500 a day then that is fabulous. I'm telling you it works. But remember you don't have to do them all at once. Possibly do 30morning/20 outside/10 before bed just vary it. If you do them all at once then you will get sick of it. But if you pace yourself your body will love you! And here is a tip I learned: plan your day if you know that your going to crave dessert try eatting it in the morning. Nighttime is the worst to eat at. Everything you eat for dinner or before you go to bed sits in your stomach all night and thats how people gain alot of weight. So I'm not saying don't eat any dinner, but if you try having a big breakfast and then a good size lunch and then possibly elminating the sweets at night it will make a HUGE difference! Good luck!
