Okay so our housekepper had a stroke and had to move in with her sister a few weeks ago. How long should I expect for her to be gone. How long are most stroke victims "down"? I dont mean to be insensitive but we really need her back.
Thanks

As for you not meaning to be insensitive... come on! This woman could have died, and all you can think of is how you need her to clean for you.
ASAPcamille answered Monday June 4 2007, 8:24 pm: I would say between 1-3 months. Strokes are bad, and are hazardous to health, majorly. It may even be longer. If you need someone else sooner, i would suggest maybe hiring someone else for the time being, because it is going to be a struggle for her.
