loosing some weight for summer Summer is soon, and im wanting to loose a couple of pounds.
Its kind of hard for me, because i eat so much but im slimming it down.
Where im mainly looking for loosing weight is my thighs, and stomach.
Also i have a treadmill if that helps.
and also does bikeing help alot for thighs

yesriding your bike will help and try not to eat alot like when im bored i eat but if you go and hang out with your friends you wont get bored and you wont think of eating like one day i was bored so i called a couple of my friends and i had so much fun i didn't even think about eating but if u exersize everyday and eat a little less then you will get skinner in the stomach and thighs ]
First of all, eating a little less in the summer will help to slim you down. For a lot of people, its hard because in you summer when your home from school and just sitting around, you're going to want to sit down and eat since your bored. Try to avoid this by getting up and doing something whether its DDR inside, or swimming outside. Just try to keep active when your bored. Also, my mom always says 'Eat less, exercise more.' Truly, thats the answer. Seconly, yes, riding your bike will definetely make your thighs tighter and build your muscle. Good luck! :) ]
