Summer is soon, and im wanting to loose a couple of pounds.
Its kind of hard for me, because i eat so much but im slimming it down.
Where im mainly looking for loosing weight is my thighs, and stomach.
Also i have a treadmill if that helps.

For a lot of people, its hard because in you summer when your home from school and just sitting around, you're going to want to sit down and eat since your bored. Try to avoid this by getting up and doing something whether its DDR inside, or swimming outside. Just try to keep active when your bored. Also, my mom always says 'Eat less, exercise more.' Truly, thats the answer. Seconly, yes, riding your bike will definetely make your thighs tighter and build your muscle.
