please help,i'm only 5'5 and i'm nineteen and a guy,i heard that guys can grow up to 21 years old so i still have hope left....
what exercises should i do?i know that gym exercises only make your muscles bigger and not your height taller,cardio exercises like jogging only loses your carbs,so what do i do to grow taller? any food? exercises? medications?

tomorrow is my first date ever, which is pathetic in itself because i'm 17 and i'm gonna be a senior. i just got off the phone with this girl and set up the date and now i'm getting really nervous and i'm just downright buggin. we're gonna see 1408 at 4:15. i had to pick an early movie time cause my license doesn't let me drive past 9. we both really dig each other but when we're around each other its weird cause we both have the plague, shyness, really badly. i think we're perfect for each other cause we both love heavy metal and we have divorced parents and we both for the mostpart hate life. i just don't know what do do. my friends are no help cause everyone tells me to just bang her, even my dad but i don't wanna bang her. i have no desire to do that with her because i know that if both connect with each other verbally, it will be more fulfilling than any sexual act. to be honest, i just really want to hold her hand. the most i would wanna do is kiss her, not make out though, like a real like cute kinda kiss. i sound gay, i know. i could be bi but thats a question for another day. the movie will end around 6ish and i dont know what we should do after. i'm just completely lost and i'm freakin out man. i need tips, please no jackass tips that tell me to bang her. its times like this when i wish i did drugs cause i need a big fat blunt. I don't know why, but I'm hungry ALL THE TIME!!! I hate it. I snack all the time, mostly on things like cheese and crackers, fruit, vegies....but no matter what i do, nothing makes me feel full...and i'll end up eating something bad for me, like some sort of cookies when i can't find anything healthy left to eat. When i eat a giant meal, of course i get full. But about 30 minutes later i feel like i could eat another meal. it's so crazy, and i feel like i've gained weight because of it. do somthing make more plans
go to concerts hehe
but just have fun go to lagoon i know u cant do that everyday
but if u have fun then you will forget about food like i haven't ate for like 5 hours because i was at the park playing a ball game hehe
or we go to the movies or just go somewhere like i have like 5 plans this weekend like im going camping and im goingto hang out with my friends and stuff and im going to a cocnert on friday but for stuff at home for fun

okay i think you should get your hair done by a professional because if u mess up you have to dill with it for a long time if u get your hair done by a professional then it would look alot better

i would just make my attitude better because it happend to me and when you hang out with her again make her be nice around your mom or when shes over and if she says no and idc then tell her she isent being a good friend if she doesn't do that for you so tell her to change her attitude around your mom and you change oyur attitude around everybody

I am a 14yearold girl with a bazillion guy friends. ok maybe like 10 and only 2 gal friends. Some people think i am weird but i honestly feel more comfortable around guys. These guys are not the hunky-hunky-baywatch guys they are more the nerdyish-computer-advanced classes-bandgeek guys. Now i have to tell you that i am much like them besides the computer part. Everyone else besides my friends talk about me and my gal friends and think that we are gay because we hang around guys. and that we are "nerdy girly girl virgins". I hear them talking down the halls and in the classroom and at lunch.
But now that summer has come i have mostly forgot about besides the fact the Drivers Ed. came up and i am now constaly reminded. It drives me crazy.

well kinda but i think you should take your last name off or just put the first letter of your last name but they might can find something or find you with your last name like on myspace but somebody can ask one of your friends like i know your friend and they would say your first and last then your friends will trust him and he would ask for your number or addres and they will say something and your friends might think its your friend or not but take your last name off

okay so I admit I put a suggestive video of myself on youtube a long time ago, like in september. (it contained NO personal info whatsoever)
I took it off about 3 months after that though.
I got a disturbing phone call on my cell phone last night from this REALLY sketchy sounding guy with a new york accent and he says "Hi, is this Liza?" and i said "Why do you ask? Who is this?" And he said "My name is John. And I saw your video on youtube." Then I said "I have to go, bye." and I hung up.
I then called the non-emergency police number and they started a report number in case this does develop into a stalking case.
I'm so scared still, and I'm worried that he's going to call me again/rape me or something. (the call was anonymous)
What should I do?
I'm really really really worried about this.

it might be your friend playing a joke or something because he couldent of just got your number from guessing it i think its your friend if it isent then
i would ask your friends if they know a john they might of gave him your number or somthing but dont worry its nothing iits probably sombody your friends know but if it isent any of them then i would find out who it is trace the call and ask them to stop calling or you will call the police
but if it was your friends friend then they would say im kidding so they wount get in trouble
