There is nothing that can make your grow taller except time and genetics. Dont worry on how tall you are or that girls wont like you because you are short. There are many girls who like short guys =]

To be honest, I am afraid you won't grow very much more. You should look at the height of your parents to see what a normal height will be for yourself. If you are worried you can see a doctor. He can see if you have a hormone problem or some other medical issue which can be treated. I think you are probably just fine though. Doctors will sometimes give growth hormone to someone who is normal but short. At 19 though you need to have realistic expectations about the possible results. Since 5'5" is a perfectly normal height, you should think more about why you feel you need to be taller.

There is nothing wrong with your height, and theres just about nothing you can do to make yourself taller.

My brother is a lot older than you and he ended up being under five feet tall. He was really self conscious about it as a teenager and so he looked all over trying to find a way to get taller...the only thing he found were some shots that force you to grow or something. If I recall its not entirely safe, and he decided not to do it because of that. I think you may not be too old to do that anyway.

No amount of eating special foods or doing special exercises will make you taller, at least significantly.

Plus, who would short girls date without short guys?! I don't know about other short girls but I'd really rather not stand on stool to kiss my boyfriend.

There are online height calculators online that you can fine with a quick search. All you have to do is enter your height, birth date, and the height of both of your parents. Through simple equations it will tell you how much taller you are estimated to grow. Though, unless you hit puberty late I really don't think you can count on a growth spurt.

You friend may have a short dad, but that doesn't mean the men on his mother's side of the family aren't tall, or some recessive genes on his father's side kicked in. Things like that happen occasionally.

There is nothing to worry about. Trust me. Unless you have a fetish for tall, shallow girls you should have no issue in the dating department(assuming you're straight). If its just you being self conscious then you should probably appreciate yourself more!<3
