please help,i'm only 5'5 and i'm nineteen and a guy,i heard that guys can grow up to 21 years old so i still have hope left....
what exercises should i do?i know that gym exercises only make your muscles bigger and not your height taller,cardio exercises like jogging only loses your carbs,so what do i do to grow taller? any food? exercises? medications?
plus my friend has a short dad but he is like 6 foot.so yeah,do you guys have any suggestions?thanks (link)

There is nothing that can make your grow taller except time and genetics. Dont worry on how tall you are or that girls wont like you because you are short. There are many girls who like short guys =]

I really would love to lose weight. I'm 13/f, I'm 5'9 and I weigh 150 pounds, which is not too okay. I want to be around 130, and I'm really willing to do it, but I need some help. I'm eating Special K every morning, fruits for lunch, and regular dinners. If I have to, I'm willing to replace white bread with whole wheat more often. I have volleyball practice everyday, but there's so many people on the team that I'm only getting physical activity half the time. But starting next week, I'll have intense basketball practice every Friday night, and games on Saturdays and Sundays.
I have some problem areas. I want to have a flat stomach, and I have fat on my stomach that I seriously want to get rid of. My love handles annoy me a lot, and I want to have thinner legs. I've been told I have great legs, but I just want them to be a litle thinner I have big calves. I'm currently a C 36 and I have no problem in being smaller, because I want to have a great body. What can I do to achieve this?
some problems:
-I usually have a lot of homework, so most of the time it's hard to go to the gym with my mom.
-I have lunch really early at school, so the rest of the day I'm starving, so when I get home, I'm always stuffing my face.
I have a treadmill, so I'm thinking maybe I'd go on it every night while I watch TV. I also want to know what's best for losing that stomach fat I mentioned earlier. What happens is when I do ab workouts, it just sort of makes the fat under my chest stick out more, which I also want to get rid of.
Sorry everything's so scattered out, but please help me in any way, I really want to lose this weight.

Losing weight is really hard and what is even harder are these models and celeberties that look super tiny.
1.) Lets start with the meals. I have lunch early too so i know how that story goes. Try bringing a snack to school like slices of apples or grapes or triscit crackers to eat during the school day. Special K works for some people, not everyone so try not to be so dependent on it. You need alot of protein in your diet. try eating fish, white mean and some red meat. Try not to eat red meat all the time because its not so good for you. Make sure you eat alot of fresh vegitables and fruits. Dont go on those crazy diets like the grapefruit diet or apple diet and what not. And do not forget to cut down on soft drinks and any other drinks with high fructose corn syrup because that is the most worse thing that you could put into your body. Try drinking water, milk and juices that are 100% juice with no perservitives. And please DONT forget to eat all meals. skipping meals just make you gain more weight and it slows down the bodies metabolism.
2.) Exercise. Excercise is also very important. Its extremely hard to balance school, homework and what not. Try waking up early before school and take a 15 min walk. You could even take a 20-30 min walk after your done doing your homework. Not everyone could go to the gym or have time for it. So taking walks or taking a nice run/ jog everyday for abot an hour is very good cardio. Crunches or what not could work too. You could also break out that tredmill and use that for about a good 30-45 mins a day. Plus your starting to play sports so this will also help you gain more flexabilty, endurance and strength. DO NOT over work yourself because it would put too much strain on your body. Amd dont forget to get atleast 8hrs of sleep.

I have alot of acne and im a pretty girl but when i look in the mirr my face looks worse and all red and i want it gone i look soo bad with it i odnt know what to do is there anything i can fine or do i cant go the the doctors im poor idk what is there like to find around the house or drink or what please help me (link)

I know how it is to have bad acne because i used to have it. It could be caused by stress, a poor diet or just a lack of taking care of yourself.
Here are somethings to help with your acne problem.
1.) When you wash your face, use cold water not warm. Try using a mild antibacterial soap like dial and wash your face atleast 2-3times a day. If your face seems to become dry and scaly, use a non greasy lotion like johnson johnson or jergens or a face lotion.
2.) Try doing activities you enjoy and that are stress-free. Stress is a major factor that contributes to acne.
3.) Having a poor diet also contributes to acne. If you eat alot of junk food and greasy foods, you are bound to get bad acne. Eating alot of veggies and fruits and drinking alot of water throughout the day will help extremely. Not only would it help clear your acne but it will also make you feel better about yourself and your body.

I don't mean to get graphic... but I've been on the pill for about three months now.. a little more... i've still got two weeks before my next period but I have some symptoms of a pregnant woman. My nipples are extremely sore and sensitive.. it will bother me so much that I can't sometimes wear a shirt to bed without a bra. This doesn't occur this badly before my period anyways. And I'm not so much tired, I'm exausted. I haven't noticed any nausea. Should I wait to take a pregnancy test? Could I be pregnant? (link)

Since you've been on the pill for only a short while, your breasts and other body parts will be sore so that is normal. If you think you are pregnant i strongly urge you to rather A.) Go to the Drs or B.) Take a pregnancy test. It is really important to know.
