please help,i'm only 5'5 and i'm nineteen and a guy,i heard that guys can grow up to 21 years old so i still have hope left....

what exercises should i do?i know that gym exercises only make your muscles bigger and not your height taller, cardio exercises like jogging only loses your carbs,so what do i do to grow taller? any food? exercises? medications?

To be honest, I am afraid you won't grow very much more. You should look at the height of your parents to see what a normal height will be for yourself. If you are worried you can see a doctor. He can see if you have a hormone problem or some other medical issue which can be treated. I think you are probably just fine though. Doctors will sometimes give growth hormone to someone who is normal but short. At 19 though you need to have realistic expectations about the possible results. Since 5'5" is a perfectly normal height, you should think more about why you feel you need to be taller.
