hot or not on facebookkk
You know the "HOT or NOT" application on FaceBook?
Well... Lately a lot of guys have been adding me
and messaging me
I message them back, but mostly the conversations are just like hey whats up, nothing you, just chilling, thats cool hows your summer?
Like that.
But so far, this has happened with over 25 guys! My FB doesn't have any personal info, such as house or anything, but it DOES have my first and last name... and I would NEVER give out my address to any of them.
So am I safe?

well. its easy to look up someones number and address on the internet. so i would suggest taking off your last name, just to be safe. like you can just go to www.whitepages.com and look up someones number. and i says your school most likely and there arent alot of the same schools. so that could give out your city too. and even though there are alot of people with the same name, alot of them are different too.. like my with name im the only person with it.. since my last name is very uncommon. but if your last name is like olson or johnson.. there are alot more of those. well i hope this helped a little bit.

well, if it says your school.. then maybe not.
but theres most likely more than one of your name in the whole world of people with facebook.
so you shouldnt worry=D!
ps: in my opinion, i think hott or not is over rated and it hurts alot of peoples feelings.

well kinda but i think you should take your last name off or just put the first letter of your last name but they might can find something or find you with your last name like on myspace but somebody can ask one of your friends like i know your friend and they would say your first and last then your friends will trust him and he would ask for your number or addres and they will say something and your friends might think its your friend or not but take your last name off

While that is good you don't have too much person information about yourself on Facebook, there are still risks in chatting with others you may not know personally. Having your first and last name does leave oppurtunity for them to further find out more if they really wanted to. In addition, the network you belong to can give out information about you. For instance, your school, city, work, etc. Also, the other friends you do know in person on Facebook are an issue. These guys you are talking to can look at your friend's pages if they don't have their privacy settings heavily restricted and find out information about you based on what they may have on their page about you or similar to you. Be careful with what you post and to whom you speak with. I suggest not talking to so many people you don't know. You may want to edit some of your privacy settings/wall posts/pictures, etc. It's amazing how far some people will go to get what they want, so please be careful. :)

Yes, you are totally safe. Unless a freak starts invistigated everything about you. Other than that, you are safe. Just don't give out other personal information(:
