im addicted to junk food but i dont want to get fat.Im the 2nd skinniest girl in my grade but i dont want to become fat when im older but i dont like any fruits and vegietables expect red grapes and red apples and carrots but want are some good and easy but healthy reipices that i can make
and if you are the 2nd skninniest girl in your grade you probably don't have to worry about it that much, since you probably have a high metabolism. but i am glad you are trying to live a healthier life :]
also in the cosmogirl and seventeen mag's theres a health section with workout and healthy recipes and tips for eating better.

eat something easy like pb and jelly sandwiches, cereal, oatmeal, granola bars
make shakes with more of your favorite fruits/veggies
