hungry all the time!

I don't know why, but I'm hungry ALL THE TIME!!! I hate it. I snack all the time, mostly on things like cheese and crackers, fruit, vegies....but no matter what i do, nothing makes me feel full...and i'll end up eating something bad for me, like some sort of cookies when i can't find anything healthy left to eat. When i eat a giant meal, of course i get full. But about 30 minutes later i feel like i could eat another meal. it's so crazy, and i feel like i've gained weight because of it. What can i do to stop being hungry so much??

Hmmm... your body could be telling you that you need a certain vitamin or mineral that you are lacking in your diet. Are you eating right? You didn't say anything about meat, and if you are a vegetarian, you really need to watch carefully what you eat because meat is supposed to make up a large part of our diet, and if you cut it out completely, you will need to eat supplements instead to make up for the lack of meat.

If you are very active, then it is okay to crave food so much, I wouldn't worry too much about it.

But honestly, this seems to be a little too extreme to be any one of these reasons. I would go see a doctor, especially if you just started feeling this way all of a sudden. (in the past month, for example). If this has been going on for as long as you can remember, try changing your diet around a little bit. Because we tend to eat the same (types of) food everyday (more or less), it is important to change your diet around once in a while.

okay im hungry almost all the time but i haven't gained weight that much


but this is what i did to help me stop from being hungery

go swimming
go shopping
listin to music
dont think of food
go to the movies
go to the park
do somthing make more plans
go to concerts hehe

but just have fun go to lagoon i know u cant do that everyday
but if u have fun then you will forget about food like i haven't ate for like 5 hours because i was at the park playing a ball game hehe
or we go to the movies or just go somewhere like i have like 5 plans this weekend like im going camping and im goingto hang out with my friends and stuff and im going to a cocnert on friday but for stuff at home for fun
get guitar hero its sooo much fun ride your bike do somthing

wow i really dont think you need a docter.
i am like that too.
what i do is keep my mind off of eating.
when i do eat eat little quantities and it wont be too bad for you.
eating is not bad at least if you arent gaining weight then you should slow it down.

This may not help much- but hunger is sometimes actually stimulated by boredom. No joke. If you find yourself watching TV when "NOTHING IS ON!", and you suddenly walk into the kitchen- you know you're bored. Go outside and do something.

That list might help. Here are a few of my favorites:

# Blow on a blade of grass
# Crank up some music
# Cut out photos and paste them on Popsicle sticks and have a puppet show
# Eat
# Eat 6 spoon full of sugar, a soda, and another think that makes you hyper and then you won't be bored anymore, you will end up finding something to do... trust us
# Learn how to fake an accent
# Make a humorous crank phone call
# Make an entertaining phone answering-machine message
# Make up poems or songs about your boredom
# Nap
# Play cards
# Play Dead
# Play house with yourself
# Play with marbles
# Pretend that you are not bored
# Read some comic books
# See how long you can hold your breath
# Send a tune with keypad numbers on the phone
# Sing even if you can't
# Spin until you're dizzy

Haha- those are so much fun.

Other than that- you can try this search to help you slow hunger.. maybe you can find something:
