Burnt hair Wrong cat. Sorry.
So 2 days ago, I leaned over to smell the yummy food thing being cooked on the stove. I have long hair. Or I used to, at least. Anyway, I leaned over, 'mmm'ed for a sec, then screamed and put out the fire that had started on my hair. So more than 10cm were poof, gone, burnt. I happened so fast.
My hair was as long as ... halfway through my back, cut in Asian style with many layers. Now, the left side is long like that, but the right side, the burnt side, barely reaches my shoulder. I basically look like a clown and I don't really like it... I have an appointment with this really skilled hairdresser dude (he claims to be so, whatever) on Tuesday. Now my question is:
(1) Should I tell him "Surprise me!" when he asks what I want the haircut to look like
OR
(2) Tell him I want a specific style. (You have to help me here as well ... I have a very round face, I'm tall [if that matters] and I'm 18).
Thanks so much.

ask the hair styleist whats best for your face shape/hair type/whatever.
if he's so profesional, he should know what to do. ]
ask him to give you layers so you can still keep some of your hair long. ♥ corey ]
well would you rather be suprised, or do you want something specific? and like, hez a hairstylist, ask him what he reccomends, after all you are paying the guy, why not make the most of it...ey? ]
ok well even if he is a proffessional dont let him surprise you or you might not like it. short hair is good for a round face but if yoy tall it should have come length and be curly. ]
Oooo, I'd say get a "shag" its a bit of a shorter hair cut, like around your shoulders, but its still layers. A shorter layered haircut could give you more curl, it can be straightened quickly, and you can still pull it back. Hope I helped! Happy Summer!!
