I'm just starting this special k diet where you replace breakfast and lunch with one bowl of special k cereal and then dinner you just eat what you normally would. anyways i have been doing it now for about 4 days, and it says you can lose 6 pounds in 2 weeks. i've been doing really good on it and i've been excercising a lot too, but i'm wondering if anyone has tried this or knows anything about it, like if it really works and stuff. any advice on this is appreciated very much! thanks. 15/f if that helps :)
askxbrooke answered Monday June 4 2007, 9:02 pm: yes! it helps you lose weight and very quickly all i ate was the ceral in the morning and that was it. and i lost 11 pounds in about 1 and a half weeks. stick too it it will work!
