CheerCandi answered Friday June 1 2007, 10:29 pm: well sugar and fat out of your diet (carb too) running will help (it wont build muscles but it will tighten your legs after awhile) dont think of food. do stuff dont sit around to think. (if you sit and think then you'll get boared and get hungry) MAKE SMOOTHIES! their sweet, fruity, and delicious. go to a weight loss program (like LA fitnees or SHAPES)
DyalPavan answered Friday June 1 2007, 10:22 pm: the only thing i can say is work out more plan your meals have small portions of food and don't go overboard also make sure your not using the same exercise rutine everyday the only thing you need to be doing everyday is 15minutes of cardio and the rest of the time you need to be working out every other part of your body by using other machines and stuff remember loosing wieght is hard but if you do it the right way it will be easy good luck !!!!
