latly i have been eating so much food... every second of the day i will think im hungry when im oviously not. i dont know what to do, i have noticed that i'v put on weight...

how do i stop eating so much before i put on to much weight and cant get it off... cos look in the mirror and think i look so fat..(just my mummy & thighs) i weigh 55kg and my height is 157cm if that helps

also how can i make my tummy flat again
help!!! thanx in advance

ok sweetsz to make your tummy flat again your going to need to do alot of crunches. i recommend going to the gym (they have good stuff for that) cut your daily intake in half. make smoothies (their swweet and super healthy. just dont add any sugar) eat fruits. try staying away from carbs, fat, and swwet. always find something to do because if your bored you will start to think and get hungry (and you dont want that.)
