BrittanyMegan answered Sunday June 3 2007, 5:40 pm: okay well being called anorexic isnt a compliment.
and just tell them what you told me. i usually dont eat at lunch because im not hungry. [[we have lunch early and i eat breakfast]] then maybe they will understand because you explained to me.
if they continue and you want to be nice tell them to leave you alone. if you want to be rude tell them to fuck off because you shouldnt have to take that crap off them. and if they still continue. just tell an adult, that will shut themup.
LadyH answered Sunday June 3 2007, 5:20 pm: Well first off, you should never take being anorexic as a compliment. It's a disease millions of people suffer & die from. Second off, you do not need to explain your eating habits to other people. I know you may not be hungry, but just by having a snack of fruit or veggies (something light & less filling) might be better than nothing. By skipping meals, it's unhealthy for your body & in result, your metabolism can slow down. No matter when or what you decide to eat, that doesn't make it okay for these guys to act like this towards you. You need to talk to a teacher or an administrator. Things like this should never be ignored or taken lightly at school. You are there to get an education, not to be teased for your eating habits. [ LadyH's advice column | Ask LadyH A Question ]
easilyfixed answered Sunday June 3 2007, 5:19 pm: well, technically, you are underweight. someone your height should be 110lbs, at least.
if people are shoving food at your table and calling you anerexic, they probably think you look unhealthy. so as the others say, don't take being anerexic as a compliment.
Eat a smaller breakfast, bigger lunch, and then eat a good sized amount for dinner. [ easilyfixed's advice column | Ask easilyfixed A Question ]
lbwhite89 answered Sunday June 3 2007, 5:14 pm: Being called anorexic is NOT a compliment. Anorexia is a mental disorder, not something you seek to be. "You're so small/slim" can be considered a compliment, but not "You're anorexic".
You should not be skipping lunch. It's very unhealthy. You should be eating 5-6 small meals each day. Like the other person says, have cereal for breakfast and yogurt and fruit at lunch.
So the answer to your question is this: If you want them to stop shoving food in your face and calling you anorexic because you don't eat lunch....EAT LUNCH!
TEENAGExHEARTS answered Sunday June 3 2007, 5:07 pm: one. don't try to take it as a compliment. its not
why don't you try eating a smaller breakfast that way you have room to eat something for lunch. even if its small, you're still eating and it will probalby get them to shut up.
try eating a small bowl of cereal for breakfast, and for lunch pack a yogurt & fruit & a snack.

beckyboo answered Sunday June 3 2007, 5:06 pm: First of all, I wouldn't take it as a compliment. It's fine to be skinny, but if you're so skinny that it looks forced, then you're too skiny. You can't really make them stop unless you have a serious discussion with it about them, which from the circumstances, you probably don't want to do, and they probably wouldnt listen even if you did do it. Why don't you have a lighter breakfast so you can eat during lunch? Or just have a granola bar or something. Good luck :) [ beckyboo's advice column | Ask beckyboo A Question ]
