You hear so much about diets these days, you have no idea what to believe. Trust me, I know what you mean by wanting to tone up.

I suggest water. It has been proven that if you replace up to three sodas a day with water, you can lose up to 5lbs a week. Thats how bad soda is for you.

Do squats everyday. I've only been doing them for about a week, and I've already had amazing results. Its best to do them with brushing your teeth or watching tv. Just stand with your feet shouler width apart and squat. Do about 15-25 a day, until you find an amount you like best.

Do crunches. People say these don't work, but I have friends with the flattest abs in town who do up to 200 a night. I've started them and seen a more tone result. Be sure to keep breathing during the crunch, because if not you could make your pooch larger. Start with 25-50 and once again work up to any amount you wish.

For love handles, stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Lean to your left side keeping your whole body facing forward, and touch your left hand to the outside of your left knee. Stand up straight again, then go down to the right side. If you don't feel the muscles by your love handles/sides tightening adjust yourself until you feel it. Also, be sure to keep your whole body straight and facing forward. Do not lean forward to touch your knees, just go straight down the length of your leg; then back up again. Do abour 25 a night to each side. They won't seem hard, but the next morning you will feel sore so don't over do it.

And finally, try running sometimes! I personally hate running, so I usually do it ... once every six months. Lol, try going once a week just to burn off the weight of the week.

Other then that, try not to snack. I don't snack what so ever. I eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full. Its worked better for me then any other diet.

Good Luck<3

Some models swallow tapeworms(parasites) which helps them lose weight because they feed off of you.

I suggest you don't go that far. Instead of wanting to look like a walking stick with fake blonde hair, make up, and breast implants, how about you try to look healthy?

Eat 3 meals a day. A calorie intake of about 1800 calories per day and 2 mile jog every other day should help you develop a very healthy, toned body. Also do about 300 situps/crunches everyday.

If you still want to look like a victoria secret model, skip breakfast, eat lunch, skip dinner everyday for sevreal months. Also, try meth or some type of amphetamine to help you lose weight. In other words, to look like a victoria secret model, you would have to develop the characteristics of a retard.

its not a good standard to idealize. i mean, victorias secret has travelled the entire world many time over, and have only managed to find, what, 20 women who look like that? real girls dont. real women have curves. if you wana lose a few pounds just basic diet and excersize, but dont starve yourself trying to attain the unreal.

Haha I know exactally how you feel! Now I am going to give you Britney Spear's (when she had a good body) workout plan. It's simple but makes a difference. Honestly try doing crunches. Britney Spear's did 1000 crunches a day and she looked great. Now if you can try 100 throughout the day (you don't have to do all at once) then build up to say 500 within a month, you will have excellent abs. It's going to be summer to and just drink water. The more water you drink the faster it is for you to tone up. As far as thighs go, I mean I hate this but walking helps ALOT! Then eventually go up to a jog/run. Pace yourself, just be outside and the more you dance/walk around/swim the more you tone up. Try substituting tv time with dance time haha! Good luck! Any questions/comments/results please message me!:)
