can't pull stretches in cheerleading

hi:) so i have just recently tried out for my high school competition cheerleading team and i made it.! i am also one of the flyers. i have my left split but when i stand up i can't kick up and grab my heel stretch. any special things or stretches that i need to do?? i have to kick up and grab it, i'm not allowed to grab my foot and then pull it up.

My family constantly tells me Im fat. It's really starting to affect me. I think I look ok I'm not perfect but I'm not a whale. My family on the other hand makes me feel like a whale....it's not like my mom and dad are skinny. Anyway is there a way to lose weight fast? I'm 5'5 and 145 pounds. I'm starting to feel like crap:/ thank you:) oh and don't tell me I'm perfect how I am because if I were I wouldn't get called fat by those closest to me and those love me.

I have been having bad acne for 9 yrs, Im 17 yrs old and its really bad. The bumps on my face get really big and they are very painful. I have tried everything you can think of in the stores for acne. Some of the medications only work for a while and then my acne just comes back and gets worse. I get really big bumps around my nose and my chin. I have some right now and they are big and painful. These bumps burn when I try to put acne medication on them. The bleed and sometimes they are really red and embarrassing. I wash my face and use everything. Ive tried proactive, witch hazel nitrogen and everything you name it and it doesn't work. Start a new school, or Stay in the past drama?

Is it better to go to a high school where no one knows you and start fresh , or to go to school where everyone knows you but you have a lot of bad history with them ?
I am a freshmen now but I really don't want to go to the school I am going to because I just have a lot of drama left behind me in . A lot of the friedns I had, I don't have anymore why because I had made bad choices . . . and mostly because I would hang out with the wrong people . I want to go to a diffrent school where no one knows me to start new where I can meet new people and kinda start over . . . but how do I convince my mom . ?

Today i was researching some colleges in the area that i would like to attend. I am a junior this year and i figured i should get a head start on making a decision. Anyhow, my highschool requires 3 years of a social studies which i will be fulfilling. this year i dropped my social studies to take accounting 1. im concern is that i am looking into a college that requires 4 years of social science. i am wondering if they would reject me for only having 3. i will fulfill all of the other requirements. (4 years of english, 4 of mathematics, 4 years of a foreign language, 4 years of natural science including 4 years of labratory experience, and electives.)

What kind of shirts should I wear for my body type?

I'm 17 & very slim: a size 0 in pants. However, as for my bra size, I'm a 32DD. I'm pretty lopsided but I wanted to know what kind of basic tees I can wear that won't make my boobs look too.. huge. I usually wear t-shirts w/ sleeves that are v-neck but I always have to wear a tank top underneath because my bras are a bit too small & I'm afraid too much cleavage will show.
any advice?

Tragus piercing

I am interested in getting my tragus pierced. I've only actually had my ears pierced, so I'm kind of nervous about a more invasive body piercing.
Has anyone had this done? Did it hurt a lot?
And what about the healing time? Are there any special precautions or cleaning methods I'll need?

So i'm kind of with this guy and he always tells me he loves me. I've been in love before and i know the feeling and I know that I don't love him, therefore i refuse to say it back.
