can't pull stretches in cheerleading

hi:) so i have just recently tried out for my high school competition cheerleading team and i made it.! i am also one of the flyers. i have my left split but when i stand up i can't kick up and grab my heel stretch. any special things or stretches that i need to do?? i have to kick up and grab it, i'm not allowed to grab my foot and then pull it up.

this might not help TOO much.. but try and stretch it father everyday after two three weeks you should be fine and be able to stretch it where you want it and definatly exercise and be omistic!
