I cheated on my diet yesterday, do I have to burn all those calories?

I cheated on my diet yesterday, does that mean I have to try to burn all those calories today?

I cheated on my diet yesterday when I ate a bag a chips. The chips were 1300 calories, does that mean I have to try to burn 1300 calories today?

You will occasionally cheat on your diet, and thats fine aslong as you still stay focused and carry on. The important thing is not to be obbsessive about it. If you have a calorie controlled diet e.g.:

You eat 2300 cals a day
You burn 2300 cals a day

you are calorie neutral. If you then eat the chips, you would have eaten:

3300cals
and burned 2300 cals,

then you would need to burn off the 1300 cals to be calorie neutral, or more to lose weight. Keep in mind, simple things like walking, and even breathing burn calories.
