Can your employer demote you without actually demoting you?

Hi, I'm 27 and working in Alberta at a group home. Without going into details I was a mid-level supervisor with my "old boss". I have had a recent verbal review from my team leader which was very good, but I am supposed to have a written copy - when I ask my team leader for a copy, she says she is "getting around to it". That's been going on now for four months.
New boss arrived. As part of her "shake things up" routine I was asked to transfer to the other house in order to work the floor (and at night do paperwork, streamline documents and such). I was told then that the reason for this is due to some perceived health issues - I am not sick or stressed out although I am told that I am by my tea...

this is really weird but I feel like I"m addicted to my mom. I usually miss her when I'm not with her. I'll text her or call her. It's like something is missing when she's not around. We have always been close. But now, it's more than that. Before, it was like I could talk to her about anything. Now, it's more like I'm scared or worried when she's not around. It's not that open and free relationship. It's more like trapping because I feel the need to be with her all the time. I don't understand why this would happen to me. I mean, I do go places without her. And when I'm with friends or something, I'm fine. It's more when I'm alone that I want to be with her, specifically.

My depression won't let me focus.

How can I focus when I'm depressed?
I'm a 31 year old female. Victim of mobbing and wrongfully terminated from my HR job. Broke= no health insurance= no meds or therapy. Lost my father to cancer. Moved to PA, so I have no friends. Jobless with college degree & discriminated for being Hispanic. I want to do many things to cure my depression by myself, but I can't focus. I want to write but when I start I get 5 different stories in my head and lose focus. Any advice?

14/f(i turn 15 in September)
So...im just gna jump right to it! My friends always say im relli pretti, but i feel like im a ugly monster! Im blonde with brown/dark green eyes and i have a slightly tanned skin. Im short(i dont know how tall i am because its too depressing to measure myself)
And i weigh about 143 pounds(65 kg)...I hate how i look!!! Ive had more then a few relationships but none of them lasted very long, back then(about 3 years ago)i wasnt skinny but i wasnt fat either.
Sine ive gone to high school(im in the 9th grade)i haven't had even one relationship.
Plus, my friend is really skinny and pretty, and i feel like i will never be good enough for any guy, while im friends with her...

Fallout from a terrible year; no confidence and no emotional stimulus

So, for a while now I just haven't been myself. In highschool I was "the guy" in a lot of ways. I was my school council president, valedictorian, I organized youth leadership programs and I loved doing it all. I had a strong passion for cinema, I just loved going to the theatre or watching movies at home. I actually loved cinema so much that I eft my hometown to go to Toronto to attend Ryerson University for film production. I was charismatic, funny and outgoing (If I may be so bold to say).
But now, I have become so introverted and have lost essentially all of my confidence as well as any genuine emotion or ability to get excited abut anything. The only real thing I can actually feel is what I guess you would call...

My name is PRERIT. I am 25 years old. I am from India. Actually I wanna die just because of my love relationship is over. I loved my girlfriend a lot but because of my mistakes I have lost my love. She doesn't talk to me. She thinks that I cheated her but the thing is my father admitted me in the Re-Habitation center. Because of that I was totally in out of contact with everyone. I was not able to contact my love from last 8 months. Now i tried to contact her a lot but she has changed her all of the contacts. I don't wanna live alive without her. I just wanna die. There is nothing in my life without her. So please let me know the way to suicide. Make sure that I should surely die with that idea. There shouldn't be any chance to get alive from that way. My fiancee' recently committed suicide, he was on a large amount of mental meds, to keep from dinking, and he bacame paranoid and not himself. He first disappeared for four days, and then we found his body. I din't think he meant to do it, because he never seemed like the type of person. Anyway we were having major problems after being together for four years and it was coming to the point that we needed to seperate, because the argueing was out of control. I felt I had fallen out of love with him because of his destructive nature. He told me he was dying of a broken heart because of me. Having trouble falling asleep. Is this normal?

I'm M/16. This summer I've been having trouble falling asleep. BUT when I eventually fall asleep I get about 10 hours of sleep. The main thing is that I "Go to bed" around 4AM, but I can't fall asleep for like an hour. School starts next month and I can't keep this habit.

I am 14 years old. Turning 15 in 4 months and going into grade 10. I havent even started my period yet, all my frends have gotten theirs. I have very small hardly noticeable breasts, i dont wear a bra and i have been like this since grade 7, my breasts have not made any size difference. i have a little hair under my arms and fewer hair in my vagina. i have never had this "discharge" everyone talks about. i am really worried, i know everyone says that its not something to look forward too but every girl wants it. i get made fun of alot,, i dont have someone i can turn to talk about this and i cant stop thinking about it. i cry alot about this. can any body help me out there?

Should I just give up?

So I'm going to be 17 in 3 days and I've only been asked out three times and i've only had 1 boyfriend. Nobody asked me to prom last year. In fact I've never been asked to any dance or party.
People tell me i'm really pretty but I feel like the ugliest troll in the entire world.
I have to go back to school soon for my senior year and I start to cry even thinking about it because I know I'm going to be surrounded by over 1,000 gorgeous rich girls that make me look like a pile of trash.
I think everybody looks down at me because I'm short for my age and so they see me as a little kid (I'm 5ft exactly). Like I'll try to talk to the popular preppy girls and they'll just roll their eyes at me.

Getting a job

Hey everybody, I'm 14 (almost 15) and I think it's about time I start thinking about a first job. Most likely when I turn 15 or 16 I'll start looking for one. I want to work at McDonald's with my friend, but if I can't, what are some good jobs for somebody who has terrible social skills? All answers are appreciated.

Alright, so my best friend from high school and I attend different colleges, about an hour away from each other. We occasionally make the trip to each other's school to hangout but it only happens once in a while due to lack of money and busy schedules. Okay i know this is going to sound bad but it happens. Ok i liked this dude but he didst know about it or me really so we decided to hang out wit some close friends and we had sex! I have a grandson we have guardianship on him,he refuses to help around the house,disrespetiful,and has a lot of anger at everybody.we have tried to help him but he doesnt want it.We have put him in 2 places that said they can help him then they call us and say come get him we cant do anything with him.I need help please please please im at my wits end.he is 15.

How do i stop my sister from picking on me?She calls me names, beats me up, she sometimes gives me wedgies. One time she gave me the biggest wedgie when i was bendig over to tie my shoe.
