biting nails

I am always biting my nails all the time. I have tried fake nails. But I cant have them on because I play so many sports. Is there a way I can stop? I do it even when I dont realize I am doing it. I also know its not healthy at all. Any tips will be helpful... thank you!

ok i have this sister who is always bisy...always at photo shoots and tours and stuff and i NEVER get to c her! i love her soo much but i see her more in magazines and oon tv then i do in real life...i know she has a carear but i miss her? how do i deal, and what do i do?

i have a friend from school who is petite and very underweight (by society's standards) but she sees herself as "fat" & no matter what anyone tells her she still tries to loose weight. shes only 80 something pounds! shes one of the skinniest people in school, and we're 15... and im scared it might become into an eating disorder. her parents want her to GAIN weight because she's so tiny for her size and can get hurt in sports. what can i possibly do or say to her because i've tried so many times...? (ps her parents are concerned and know about this, and they told ME to talk to her about it because she wont listen to them!)

When I was about 14 or 15 yrs old.. I dated this kid.... I wont mention a name.. and then we had broken up because he was more expierenced then me and wanted someone who would have sex with him. Well after all this we still stayed friends.. Well then he moved to Florida with his dad for a while.. and then moved back here. and when he got back up here. He told me he had these feelings for me. and that he loved me and wanted to be with me forever. Well. I wasnt ready to be with him. I was unsure of my feelings for him and I told him i didnt know if i wanted to be with him after telling him i wanted to be. and we got in a huge fight and then about a month later I had talked to him and told him i really loved him and I wanted to work things out...

what do you do when your best freind almost always has her bf over when you are around and yet wont do anythign with you and your man? and she almost always has him come over when you are over, knowing that you arent too fond of him, but you are giving him a chance for her sake. but everytime i mention hanging out the four of us, she says no, i gotta do this or that and she wont even hang out, but she even brings him over to my house and thigns like that. what am i supposed to do?

I've had a huge crush on this guy for almost a year now. He know's I like him, but he tries to ignore it like most guys do. He's in with the "popular" croud, but he's still acts really sweet and out-going and doesn't care what other people think. He waves at me a lot, he stares at me a lot, he plays with my hair and asks me to do stuff with him (in school, i.e. be his partner), and he also talks with me a lot more then other people. And just little stuff like that.
I know that a lot of people say "If you like someone, you automatically think they like you back", but I really think he likes me. But that's just me, and my friends think it's stupid to talk about, so does anyone have any adivce? Does he like me? o_O;

hi ! i didnt kno the proper category but i had gotten my belly button peirced . i love it!! and my healing time is up and i wana take out my original ring and put in a new one i bought . this may sound dumb but i dono how to get then ring out . its a circle/hoop ring and the bead is over it and i dono how to remove it . can neone please help me ! :\ ??i rate high!

Around January i started likeing this guy named chris. We started talking and he told me liked me but that he couldnt go out with me because of everyone always getting into his business and trying to ruin things for him. Well he sortof stopped talking to me and it hurt me really badly. I liked him for the rest of the school year and then for 2 months he was only on my mind once in awhile. We'll in the beginning of July i started thinking about him again. He now wants to go out with me because he says that he didnt go out with me before because he didnt want me to get hurt and all this crap.
