My wedding...
Hey Everybody!!
Well...I'm engaged now, and I'm starting to plan my wedding. I'm not sure of my color theme yet...but I know that it'll most likely be on the beach, in the summer...mainly around July or Aug. My dress will be either off white or white. My question is...does anybody have an suggestions about colors on bridesmaids or..other things such as decoration. Thank ya'll soo much.

try a blue theme, it'll match, or do a bayge color, but whatever looks best on you, which anything will cuz ur soo pretty KATIE!! haha have fun!

I don't know if this'll work for what you're going for, as I'm not really fashion forward or anything, but I really like the colors white or off white with a dark maroon or crimson. That's what I'm going to use for my wedding. I think those colors are absolutely gorgeous. I think if it's a beach wedding it shouldn't have a beach theme to it, because that's kind of corny. I think that a lilac and maybe a daisy yellow would be cute together. and then you can get lilac and yellow roses or daisys you know? its just all dependen't on what you want to spend.

In my opinon since its going to be summer and on the beach- how about a soft pink, red, or orange. Or maybe a soft blue. Hope I could help!

When my older sister got married, she went with Baby blue and Lilac. For a beach wedding, u should go with more natural colors I think. Im only 14, but I would think that would be best for an outdoor wedding. Maybe like sky blue?

i saw in a celebrity wedding: the bridesmaids wear the color of the roses they carry, like the bridesmaid with the yellow roses, wore a rose yellow dress, and so on...then the bride wears a white dress, its gorgeous! It would look great on a beach wedding! i went to one this summer and it was amazing..good luck, and congrats on ur engagement!

i saw a wedding at the beach, and the men had little colored starfish (orange) pinned onto their tuxes instead of flowers and it was the cutest thing ever!!

my counsin's wedding was so pretty she had doves and swans and red rose pedals everywhere. everything was pretty much white and accented with the red rose look it was so pretty thats how I want my wedding. for you i'd choose summerlike colors...maybe pinks? or pale yellows?

hey hey... first off... congrats on ur marriage... its a big step nad i have respect for those who take it... secondly at hand... i alwys loved the idea for a beach wedding... and something i like is a hawaiian theme for bridesmaids dresses... grant it, im just a 15 year old dude butt the beach is a casual place and semi casual dresses sound good... like a right-below-the-knee length dress with like 3 inch straps... maybe with a hawaiian flowery design like on bathing suits i kno? and for urself, the same type of semi-casual dress in white... for teh groom just white dress pants and a hawaiian shirt different from the other guys in the party... i dont know... i can just picture a wedding on the beach... take it or leave it... thats all i got...lol...peace peace!

my mom got married in november and she wore white (even though it was her 2nd wedding) and i was her maid of honor and we wore burgendy (sp?) when u chose ur colors of colors of course chose what u like...if ur brides maids r a lil bigger then maybe u should chose a darker color (from them) and when u pick a theme just name all the colors that go and pick from there thn pick ur decorations and (of course think of the colors u want for ur flowers)and cakes and everything that u need...hope this helps a little bit and GOOOD LUCK AND CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!! hope everything turns out well!!!!

OOO if the setting is beach the color theme should be a coral...like a pastel coral. if not a pink or a baby blue somethin that blends with the setting. Hope Your Wedding Is Incredible and that you and your fiance live a long life together!!!!

Colors for brides maids. Hmm.. Gold could be really pretty and would kinda go with the flow. For decoration... Hmm i think the beach sounds nice, also did you ever consider getting married on a boat? Well, if you have it on a beach adjacent to the ocean, blue would be a nice compliment to the blue water.

First of all, congradulations on your engagement! I don't know what color theme you could do, but for bridesmaids dresses i'd recoment a peachy color .. or i'd highly recomend lavender. thats always the best bridesmaid color dress. you should go for a more pastel color vs. a dark color since you will be having a summer wedding. anything in the light pink, lavender, light blue family will work nicely.
