when i'm going thru pms (the week before my period starts) i break out in pimples really bad. no matter how much i wash my face, they are still there for that one week. but after my pms is over, they go away on their own and i have PERFECTLY clear skin until my next cycle. but when i do break out its really bad, and my dad suggested taking me to the dermatologist, but i was wondering if it's worth going because no matter what medicine i'll use i still think i'll break out during that one week reguardless. what do you think?

I LOVE basketball, it's almost like my life. I love playing, even though I'm not that good. My new school started practices today, and they are making the cut next week. So far we have 15 girls, but we can only have 18. School starts next week which will mean more competition. I'm really nervous, because I'm not horrible but when scrimmaging/playing in a game, i get really nervous and I lose my head. I mess everything up. I really want to make this team. My 12 year old cousin is going through puberty. She has always been a tomboy and she's disgusted with the whole process. To make matters worse she is developing rapidly (she's already a C-cup), and she started her period. She is normally a very happy person, but has become very depressed. She wears layered clothes and big sweatshirts, in the summer, to hide the changes of her body. Is there anything I can say or do to make her transition any easier?
(I've already tried telling her that it's normal and all girls go through it, but that didn't help.)
