HmMm to lose 5 pounds that quickly is going to be kinda hard i think, but u can do it if you put ur mind to it! Excercise wise you need to start running every other day(or as much as possible) I would get a Pilates dvd also! You can feel a difference in toning ur body pretty quickly, if you do it about 3-4 times a week! Or you can look into kickboxing classes, yoga, or piilate classes somewhere! FOr food, you young to go on a diet i think, so just make sure your drinking A LOT of water, and eat healthy ya know! instead of a candy bar grab a fruit, and try and not eat as much bread and carbs! good luck girl! ask me more ?s if ya need mor help! xxoo

But, if you insist on losing weight, I would say to KEEP eating, but walk and jog .. do situps, ya know, stuff like that. Um, also, cut back on all the fatty foods, don't change your complete diet system, but like, instead of white bread, eat wheat bread. I hope this works!! =] [ Sw3eTi3_xO's advice column | Ask Sw3eTi3_xO A Question ]
