Well, I wouldn't say you were overweight, lol, I'm about your weight or so and I'm 5'4", but I think you're a healthy size =]!! But, if you insist on losing weight, I would say to KEEP eating, but walk and jog .. do situps, ya know, stuff like that. Um, also, cut back on all the fatty foods, don't change your complete diet system, but like, instead of white bread, eat wheat bread. I hope this works!! =]

ok me and my best friend have been best friends for about 2 years now. During the first year of our friendship she had a crush on this guy and ugly guy who she thinks is hot. On the last day of school that same year he asked her out and they have been going out for over a year. The next year it got worse. her boyfriend was nice to me at first but then he started to kick me and say mean things to me.Later on in the year i could start telling that my so called best friend was getting jealous of me because i had nicer clothes, more friends and had been asked out 6 times and had alot of people thinking i was hot while she was asked out once and only her boyfriend thought she was hot. She startes takeing his side over mine and would never stand up to me. When i started to hang out more and more with my neighbors she got even more jealous i started hanging out more with another friend and we are now best friends. she doesn't rly know about it yet. she keeps sending me letters and asking me over but she never calls me. i want to let her go and not be best friends w. her anymore b/c i can't be friends w. someone whos b/f hates me!!!

I know just the thing to say!! First off, people are gonna be jealous of you, no matter what, but some of the things she is doing is not "best friend" like. She has a reason to be jealous, obviously, but choosing her boyfriend over you because of it is just wrong! If she was your best friend, she'd get over her jealousy and still keep in touch with you. Second off, if she was ever your best friend in the first place, she wouldn't be putting her boyfriend ahead of you. If he disrespected you .. she would leave him in a heart beat!! I say you break it to her that she hasn't been a real best friend to you, and you've moved on, just like you should have!! =]
P.S. - You did nothing wrong hun, don't blame it on yourself, I totally believe where you're coming from!!

Listen, I need a little help here. I don't really know what's exactly wrong with me. I just feel lonely. Not really depressed or anything, just a little sad and sometimes I'll start to cry for no reason at all. I have a family who is usually always there for me, yeah we have our tough times but I'm fine in the family department. I have great friends. My best friend Laurie, I've known her for a while now. It's just the somtimes, I feel like I don't feel comfortable discussing some topics with her. Or i don't feel like she'll understand. Basically, I feel like she doesn't care. I don't know what to do, so if you could give me your opinion I'd appreciate it.

I know exactly what you're going through, it's nothing, don't worry about it. I've gone through the same stage, but your friend does care, maybe she just has troubles showing it. I mean, if she's your best friend and you can't discuss things with her, then maybe you should like, find another friend that you can. I'm not saying replace her or anything, but you really do need a friend that you can talk about those "topics" with. The whole thing a bout crying outta nowhere, it's just part of growing up, it passes by though!! =]

alright, i'm hoping to start tennis this fall (its my first of high school). the only problem is that i know i'm going to have a physical to play on the team. well this is super babyish, but i am scared to DEATH of shots. so i was wondering what do they do during a physical? i know they weigh you and measure your height but is that all? i'm almost positive i'm going to need a tetnis shot :( , but do they have to prick my finger or anything? and one more thing, is there any way to get around getting the shot?

Well, during a physical I am pretty sure they check you "down there" as well. They do weigh you and all that, but I also do not think that there's a way t oget around the shot. If you need the shot, you gotta get it. I know what you're saying though, I'm terrified of shots too, but you gotta suck it in and deal with it if you wanna play tennis!!

Well, it isn't an easy question here. First off, I think you need to leave your boyfriend because you're obviously not that much in love with him if you're in love with this other guy, trust me. So leave him, and then ask your friend if she'd have a problem with you seeing "Paul". I mean, if she knows that him and her are over, and they hated each other at a point, then maybe she won't mind!! If she doesn't mind it, then go for it!!

Well, a little weird, but I'm not really following it, lol!! Um, I think it's really sweet that she's this eager to call him and he may like it depending on the type of guy he is, but then again, he might also think that the girl is "overobsessive" because she's going through files to get his number. I'd say, it's about the guy and what kinda person he is.

Aw, yeah, makeup is always fun!! Well, what I usually do is I wear the eyeliner on the outer and inner, but if you wear your eyeliner on the outer part, make sure it's very thin. And yes, black eyeliner looks good on light skinned people and REALLY good with blue eyes!! I hope that helps. If you look around in Kohls or places like that .. they have some shirts and stuff that are goth. But I'd have to say that one of the best places is Gadzooks .. but then again Pac Sun has some really cool ones as well!! Just look around in places and fine a cute goth shirt and some pants and put the outfit together it should look great!! =]

Ok well I am still very much in love with my ex. July 8th we would have been together for a year. We broke up in Febuary. He was my first love and the first person I have ever had sex with. We were suppose to go to prom and everything, but he said that we fight to much. He said that he would always love me no matter what. Well, it won't be easy. It's obvious that you're stuck on him, but he's moved on. Guys are just out there to get a list of girls, some aren't, but you can't wait around on him. Tell him that you still love him and exactly how you feel, and that he needs to make a choice, it's now or never. If he says never .. well he was never in love with you when he said he was all those times when he was with the other girl. That's when it's time you move on and find someone else!!

Try not to be too harsh on the kid, but be firm with him. Look him straight in the eyes and tell him that you've got someone and there's no point in asking you out because you're not breaking up with him!! He should understand, and well, if it hurts his feelings, well, it's life, he'll get over it!!

She'll probably take it a little hard, but moms usually understand!! Just calmly tell her that you've made the decision to live with your dad for awhile to see how you like things and that you'll be coming back to visit every so often just like you did with your dad when you lived with her!! Hopefully she'll understand, if not, she can't stay mad at you forever!!

I've decided to start using tampons because I get my period every two or three weeks and it lasts for a week and I dont wanna sit home for a whole week for most of the summer and do nothing. Well, it's simple. First, did you leave it in for long enough? If you don't leave it in until it's completely full, it hurts when you pull it out. OR, maybe you're just not used to it yet. Tampons take a little time to get used to. If it continues to hurt, try leaving it in for like another 45 minutes to an hour and see what happens!!

It won't be hard!! You simply need to teach the boy discipline. Learn not to listen when the boy says "I hate you" and start grounding him and slowly taking things away, one at a time, every time he does it!! If this doesn't work, then maybe some family counseling??

Hm, well, depends on how long the pain lasts! Periods can cause tenderness in the breasts and so can growing. More than likely they are growing and you can feel the stretch, it's completely normal to get this pain. But if this continues, try to see a doctor for it, they should be able to help!!
